The Empowered Guide student is a passionate, grounded, seeker of truth. Will and strength drive their courageous, unapologetic, fierce, and nurturing heart. They find wisdom when aligned with nature and empowerment through deep diving into sacred soul work breaking cycles of despair, grief, separation, wounding, judgment, terror, and imbalance. Pleasure and the wonderment of living this human life lend to the Empowered Guide's soulful and connected presence as a space holder, healer, and friend. The truth is, when humans circle up in a sacred container, incredible, undeniable, powerful magic happens. This training experience could be some of the toughest work you have ever done, it could also be some of the most rewarding, exciting work you have ever done.

What We Will Learn...

Circle Work

We will dive into and learn how to design ritual, ceremony, and movement that aligns and corresponds with the Wheel of the Year and the Sun & Moon Cycle. This training will prepare you to start, lead, and grow your own circles, creating ripples of healing, connection, and alignment with Nature. 

 

Astrology

Following the Wheel of the Year, we’ll deepen our understanding of each zodiac constellation and how we can use the energy of the Sun & Moon phases to heal and manifest, gaining wisdom and insight into the deepest aspects of ourselves.

 

Council

We will participate in and learn the ways of Council which include deep listening, space holding and powerful perspective; facilitating deeper understandings of each other’s human journey, providing clarity, confirmation and support.

 

Body Prayer & Yoga

We will learn in depth, how to effectively sequence a movement class in a multitude of ways, creating a balanced and empowering experience for others as they tap into the innate wisdom that resides in their physical, intricate, human body.  We will practice deepening our understanding of yin yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama, and dance.

Healing Hands-On Adjustments

You’ll learn how to use physical touch as a healing transmission. We’ll thoughtfully explore how to adjust a student’s body to enhance their experience in the containers we create.

 

Sacred Sisterhood/Brotherhood

We’ll remember as we gather together in circle time and time again that there is nothing more powerful than holding space for others in a sacred container. This is ancient, this is ancestral, this is our birthright. We do this work together. 

 

Creative Artistic Expression

We will make art together including, crafting rituals, vision boards, sigels, nature mandalas and more.

 

Business of Circle & Creatrix Work

We’ll talk about what it means to be a lightworker, sharing all that you have learned with others. We’ll talk about boundaries, money, structure and successful strategies in sharing your gifts.

 

Wisdom Quest & Nature Immersion

We'll often take to the great outdoors on a quest to more fully align with who we are. Nature and the human soul are deeply connected, we need to remember, honor, and strengthen this relationship. Mother Gaia has an infinite and abundant amount of gifts and lessons to teach us. 

 

Core Desires

We'll uncover what it is that we truly desire for ourselves in this time of our lives, what we envision for our future, and how we can best be of service to ourselves and others at this time. Contemplation, journaling, deep listening, and peeling back layers are all a part of this exploration. 

 

Storytelling

Through sacred circle and guided movement we will share the stories that want to be told. Journaling and creative writing are a huge part of this experience.

 

An Exploration of the Chakra System

We’ll learn what the chakras are, where they are located, the energies and systems they align with and how we can use this intricate and fascinating system to facilitate healing and a deeper understanding of our bodies and journeys.
