Candlelight Rest & Restore

Service Description

A healing experience where you are given the opportunity to just rest, breathe, and be. We'll explore restorative and restful postures where the body doesn't have to make a ton of effort. Instead you are asked to just receive, untethering the body from stress, pressure, and the need to "have to do anything". The room will be warm, candlelit, with mellow music and aromatherapy. They'll be an option for CBD tea at the beginning of class, an immune boosting tea blend plus Hemptation CBD Oil. (Ages 18+)

Cancellation Policy

Policy for regularly scheduled yoga classes and workshops: Due to our limited client capacity, if you no-show to a class there will be no refund issued. You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time. There are no refunds issued for class passes at this time.
