Fire Rising: Trataka Meditation

Service Description

Autumn is descending - Trataka ignites the flame and stokes the fire in our belly through the crisp season of the lungs. We will gather weekly starting November 12th through December 3rd. Time on our mat will include… Discussion on lineage: History and background of Trataka; subtle and physical body benefits from an Ayurveda and neuroscience lens. Movement: An all-levels gentle asana practice focused on the fire element and solar plexus. We will establish our foundation for stability and then settle into a guided fire gazing practice; using a single flame to meditate on our vision: the dusk of reflection and dawn of perspective mediated by the observatory of the third eye.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Class Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time, there will be no refunds issued for no-call/no-show. There are no refunds for class packages, workshops and events at this time.
