Service Description

Join Kay Manley and Lady Mars for a transformative and rejuvenating experience in a restorative yoga class combined with a vibrational tuning session. This unique class offers a holistic approach to relaxation, healing, and self-discovery. The restorative yoga portion of the class will be led by Kay, an experienced and compassionate yoga instructor. Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic practice that focuses on deep relaxation and stress relief. Through the use of supported poses, gentle movement, breath work, and meditation, participants will be guided to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate inner peace. This practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Following the restorative yoga session, Lady Mars will lead the vibrational tuning segment of the class. Vibrational tuning is a powerful technique that utilizes various instruments to create harmonious sounds and vibrations. Lady Mars will incorporate instruments such as sound bowls, drums, rain sticks, chimes, and more to create a symphony of healing frequencies. These vibrations have the potential to resonate with our bodies at a cellular level, promoting relaxation, stress reduction, and energetic alignment. By combining Restorative Yoga with vibrational tuning, this class aims to provide a comprehensive experience that nurtures both the physical body and the subtle energy systems. Participants can expect to leave feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and connected to their inner selves.

Cancellation Policy

Policy for regularly scheduled yoga classes and workshops: Due to our limited client capacity, if you no-show to a class there will be no refund issued. You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time. There are no refunds issued for class passes at this time.
