Join us for a 90-minute Womb Wisdom Healing Ceremony, where we gather in a gently held space to reconnect with the body, soften emotional tension, and awaken the intuitive wisdom of the divine feminine. Through slow somatic movement, guided meditation, journaling, and a nurturing tea ritual, you’ll be invited to release stored emotions, restore your energetic flow, and come home to your natural inner rhythm. This workshop supports creativity, intuition, emotional renewal, and a deeper sense of belonging within yourself. In collaboration with Rooted Essentials, we’ll share a lovingly crafted herbal womb-healing tea — a blend created to soothe, nourish, and support your feminine energy during our tea ceremony. ✨ Please bring a journal, a pen, and some water.
