Spiritual Mentorship with Melissa Herzog
Melissa is AUM’s Creatrix and the lead trainer of our yoga and empowerment programs. For the last decade, she has worked with dozens of small groups, crafting and curating retreats, trainings, ceremonies, rituals, and circle experiences to guide others into a deeper understanding of yoga, nature spirituality, and personal healing. In addition, she has provided one-on-one sessions for clients for over seven years assisting many to ‘unstick the stuck’ to increase their health, happiness, clarity, and overall sense of personal power, vitality, and wellbeing. Her one-on-one sessions may include yoga, breathwork, energy work, oracle, art, nature immersion, creative writing, storytelling, and more.

Private Individual Sessions
Work one-on-one with our experienced instructors to develop a yoga practice that is tailored just for you. There are a variety of ways that we can serve you. To begin, we’ll meet for a 60 minute consultation to assess your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and desires. Once we have a plan, we’ll create a weekly schedule that fits your needs. The benefits of starting and applying a yoga practice to your life can be felt almost immediately. All you need is a plan, right action, and you’ll be well on your way to feeling more spacious, centered, and supported. Let us guide you and support you on your journey into whole body health and wellbeing.
Private Individual Pricing:
5 Sessions $350 | 10 Sessions $750
Private Group Yoga
We absolutely love curating sacred space for couples as well as small and large groups. Depending on the size of your group, we can accommodate you at AUM, in your home, or in your business/retreat location. Your private instructor will tailor a yogic experience to match the needs and desires of your group. Please reach out via email or phone to schedule.
Rates start at $130 and will vary on size of the group, travel, and any extra offerings we may provide such as props, live music, tea/cacao ceremony, astrology, oracle readings, massage, energy healing, etc.
