Service Description
Learn subtle body techniques and work with fascia to increase fluidity and decrease pain in the hips and lower back. Exercises are drawn from dance release techniques, Chi Gong, and somatics. Jill Becker is a retired modern dancer and professor, currently teaching T’ai Chi for balance and dance to people with Parkinson’s disease. She studies yoga, Chi Gong, and enjoys sharing her techniques for wellness with others.

Yoga Class Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time, there will be no refunds issued for no-call/no-show.
