Service Description
Hot Mixed Yoga Flow offers the warmth and energy of a heated class with the approachability of an all-levels flow. You’ll move through sequences that build gentle heat and strength while still allowing space to pause, rest, modify, and truly listen to your body. Whether you’re newer to yoga or returning after time away, this class is structured so you can choose the version of each pose that feels supportive and steady for you. Expect thoughtful instruction, a light, encouraging challenge, and a sense of clarity, ease, and renewal by the end. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio, and you are always invited to take breaks and move at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy Booking & cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule any reserved class up to 60 minutes before its scheduled start time through your account. Cancellations within 60 minutes of class start, and no-shows, forfeit the class credit or reserved session; no refunds will be issued for those classes. Class packs & passes: Purchases of class packs (including the 2-Week New Student Pass, 10 Class Pass, and similar) and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Unused classes expire on the date shown on your account. Memberships: Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting House of AUM; cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund payments already made. The Monthly Member Pass requires fulfillment of its 12-month commitment unless waived in writing by the studio. Workshops, retreats, & events: All workshop, retreat, and event payments are non-refundable unless the studio cancels the event itself, in which case a refund or credit will be issued. Studio cancellations: If House of AUM cancels a class (weather, instructor emergency, low enrollment, etc.), affected students will receive a credit or refund. Waitlist: Joining the waitlist for a full class may automatically promote you into the class if a spot opens. The standard 60-minute cancellation window applies once promoted. Medical or other extenuating circumstances: Refunds, credits, or pass extensions for documented medical or family emergencies may be considered case-by-case at the studio's discretion.
