Service Description

Vinyasa Yoga is a fluid, breath-guided practice where each posture flows naturally into the next. Movements are synchronized with steady, mindful breathing, creating a sense of rhythm and ease throughout the class. This practice helps build strength, flexibility, balance, and presence — all at a pace that supports your body. Expect a smooth, creative sequence that feels a little like moving meditation, a little like dancing with your breath. All levels are welcome, and variations are offered throughout so you can explore confidently and comfortably. Bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio if you need one.

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Class Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time, there will be no refunds issued for no-call/no-show. There are no refunds for class packages, workshops and events at this time.
