Effective
A small habit with a big return
A short, regular practice is one of the highest-return wellness benefits an employer can offer. It lowers stress and burnout, eases the aches that come from desks and screens, sharpens focus, and builds the kind of connection that makes people want to stay. Independent research consistently finds workplace wellness programs return $3 to $6 for every $1 invested. Your team unrolls a mat for 45–60 minutes; you get a calmer, more present, more engaged workplace.

About Us
Rooted in Yellow Springs, Ohio, House of AUM is more than a yoga studio—it’s a sanctuary for healing, mindfulness, and community.
For more than a century, this land has been a place people have come to restore, reflect, and commune with nature. Drawn to the magic of Yellow Springs and the energy of Glen Helen, we felt called to create House of AUM — a sacred space for those seeking to reconnect with themselves and with others.
Here, you’ll find more than yoga classes. You’ll discover meditation, nature-based spirituality, and holistic offerings that support the whole of your journey — body, mind, and spirit. Each practice is an invitation to pause, listen deeply, and step closer to your truest self.
Our mission is to nurture a community where everyone feels welcome. If you’re beginning your yoga practice, deepening your spiritual path, or simply seeking a moment of peace, House of AUM offers a home for your growth. By weaving together ancient traditions and modern teachings, we invite you to explore the fullness of who you are — and to heal, grow, and flourish in community.
