House of AUM in Yellow Springs, Ohio was established in June of 2015 after transitioning from a yoga retreat business to a brick-and-mortar yoga studio and retail shop.
We offer modern spiritual experiences that are rooted in ancient teachings including yoga asana and philosophy, nature spirituality focusing on the seasons, moon, and sun, shamanic teachings, astrology, tarot, oracle, and energy work.
We believe spiritual practices today offer a limitless opportunity to explore one’s physical body, mind, heart, and soul. There’s an abundance of wisdom surrounding our connection to that in which we cannot see but know and feel. We’re into exploring that, individually and collectively.
We believe in sacred spaces and desire to provide containers of support for you to explore the deepest parts of yourself. We take great pride in curating a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for your journey inward.
Each guide at House of AUM is a student first and foremost. We’re always learning, growing, shifting, and transforming. We learn from each other and from the students that join us. We don’t believe spirituality is a concept that you can master; rather, it provides a lens for dissecting and connecting parts of ourselves that may have been forgotten or even lost. We don’t have it all figured out. Our humanness calls for vulnerability, humility, playfulness, and forgiveness over and over again. We invite everyone to join us in this exploration. Yoga Class Etiquette:
We respectfully ask that you arrive on time. The door is locked at the start of each experience so that the teacher may begin to facilitate the class. Late arrivals may not be accepted.

I hereby request and consent to the following: 1) treatments of massage, reiki, and other forms of bodywork 2) I am participating in yoga and fitness classes, retreat, or one-on-one appointment during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, fitness and health. I recognize that these classes & retreats require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. 3) I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my participation in massage treatments, yoga and fitness classes. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in yoga and fitness classes. 4) In consideration of being permitted to participate in licensed massage therapy, yoga and fitness classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the treatment or program. 5) In further consideration of being permitted to participate in a massage treatment, yoga and fitness classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against the therapist, instructor, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in treatments, classes or workshops held by House of AUM, LLC. 6)I understand that Astrology & Tarot services are meant to be insightful and fun. House of AUM, LLC is in no way responsible for how you receive the information or what you do with it. 7) In addition, House of AUM, LLC may at times take photographs and videos of classes, retreats & workshops to use for planning, training and marketing purposes. I grant the House of AUM, LLC the right and permission concerning any media that House of AUM, LLC may take where I am included, to use and publish the photographs and video, in any and all media including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever. I release and discharge House of AUM, LLC from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or video, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy.
Refund Policy
For regularly scheduled yoga classes, workshops, and online courses: If you no-show to a class there will be no refund issued. You are responsible for removing yourself from a class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time. There are no refunds issued for class passes or online digital downloads at this time.
