Service Description
Hot Power Vinyasa is a warm, energizing class designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence at your own pace. This strong flow links breath with movement, gradually building heat in a creative, purposeful sequence that invites deep focus and self-exploration. You’ll be guided through accessible cues with clear options for every level, including supportive variations for inversions, backbends, and arm balances if you feel called to explore them — and complete permission to skip anything that doesn’t serve your body today. Nothing is ever required, and you’ll always be encouraged to listen inward and choose what feels right for you. Expect a sweaty, empowering practice that strengthens both body and mind, offering the stability, clarity, and inner fire that arise when you challenge yourself with support. Bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio — we always have extras available.

Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy Booking & cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule any reserved class up to 60 minutes before its scheduled start time through your account. Cancellations within 60 minutes of class start, and no-shows, forfeit the class credit or reserved session; no refunds will be issued for those classes. Class packs & passes: Purchases of class packs (including the 2-Week New Student Pass, 10 Class Pass, and similar) and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Unused classes expire on the date shown on your account. Memberships: Recurring memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting House of AUM; cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund payments already made. The Monthly Member Pass requires fulfillment of its 12-month commitment unless waived in writing by the studio. Workshops, retreats, & events: All workshop, retreat, and event payments are non-refundable unless the studio cancels the event itself, in which case a refund or credit will be issued. Studio cancellations: If House of AUM cancels a class (weather, instructor emergency, low enrollment, etc.), affected students will receive a credit or refund. Waitlist: Joining the waitlist for a full class may automatically promote you into the class if a spot opens. The standard 60-minute cancellation window applies once promoted. Medical or other extenuating circumstances: Refunds, credits, or pass extensions for documented medical or family emergencies may be considered case-by-case at the studio's discretion.
