Service Description
Invite calm and recovery into your body with supportive Yin postures and guided meditation. You’ll create the container for a relaxing headspace when you carve out time for yourself and release tension from the day- become your own best medicine. They'll be an option for CBD tea at the beginning of class, an immune boosting tea blend plus Hemptation CBD Oil. (Ages 18+)

Cancellation Policy
Yoga Class Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for removing yourself from a yoga class, and have the availability to do so up until 60 minutes before class start time, there will be no refunds issued for no-call/no-show. There are no refunds for class packages, workshops and events at this time.
